Pat Broderick has both the experience and the
qualifications to keep the Sonoma County Superior Bench strong. Over 1/3 of the current sitting judicial officers are retiring. It is important to our community to elect a judge who has the courtroom experience and qualifications to contribute immediately.

More than 10 years of experience serving as a temporary judge (formerly judge pro tem) on numerous occasions presiding over civil, criminal and juvenile matters.

Presided over thousands of criminal misdemeanor matters from arraignment to trial.

Recipient of awards recognizing service to the court including Certificate of Appreciation for Service as Judge Pro Tem for the Juvenile Delinquency Court; award for Outstanding Pro Tem Judge of the Year; Superior Court Amicus Curiae award (friend of the court).

23 years as a successful civil trial attorney.

11 years as Dean of Empire College School of Law.

4 years as member of Resolution Remedies Dispute Resolution Panel of Professional Neutrals.

Sonoma County Crime Victims Advisory Committee, Board Member.

4 years Board Member, Legal Aid of Sonoma County.

15 years Instructor, Santa Rosa Junior College ( Political Science).

Sonoma County Resident for over 45 years.

Established many law clinics to help people gain access to the law in the areas of elder law, disability law, family law, small claims and immigration law.

Graduate Leadership Santa Rosa.

Friends of the Santa Rosa Libraries, Board of Directors.
